This winter sound journey with sacred frequencies and the mushroom of spiritual potency aims to create space for 2021 to fall away and allow for reflection into our inner worlds; where whispers of our sub-conscious can be heard, and insights can be nurtured so that we can prepare for a new year ahead filled with a greater vision for humanity, a sense of peace, and abundance for ourselves and our world.

Arrive 15 mins prior to event start time to provide ample time to settle into the space:

•  1 hour Winter Alchemy Sound Bath at venue Trip Space 
• Supplemented with Medicinal mushroom tincture 'Reishi' (Just to be clear - these are not psychedelic mushrooms) 
• Eye mask are provided on all ticket types.

Event facilitators

This winter sound bath is being held by Sound Healers Francisco Amoscotegui and Phan Tu, they have been working together since 2018 and are also co-creators of Earth Echo - An ecological sound harmony project that amplifies natures resonance in a 360 spatialised sound dome. Together, they create deep multi-sensorial immersive healing events.

Bristol Fungarium have also kindly given all guests at this sound bath event the opportunity to purchase their organic medicinal mushroom tinctures, locally produced in Bristol with a 1:4 ratio triple extracted tinctures - these are considered superfoods and a great way in keeping up our vitality.

Sadly, due to high demand of the Turkey Tail (highly recommended for lung health and preventing COVID), we are unable to stock it at this event.

Card payments will be accepted after the event when you can pick up your reserved bottle.

Preparation for the event

• COVID Precautions: It will be complusory to take a lateral flow anti-gen test taken on the day of the event prior to entry as pre-cautionary measures based on guidelines for public events and to provide a negative result on entry. 
• Event starts at 2pm sharp. Please arrive 10-15 mins before the stated start time to allow time to settle into the space.
• Please wear comfortable loose clothing and please remove any heavy metal objects for the experience. It is advise to drink water for the event and also to be free of alcohol. 
• Yoga mats and blankets will be provided at the event space at an extra cost of £2. Guests are welcome to bring cushions to make for a more pleasant experience. 
• If you are pregnant, it is general practice to avoid sound baths for those in the first trimester. Please do some of your own research online about sound baths if you are unsure.
