Spring Equinox Ceremonial Sound Bath

Transcend through time and space and journey within, as we greet the spring this 2020 in a sacred sound journey with intention setting. As the first spring of the century, honour this special period of transition as we prepare the mind and body for this lively energetic wake up from the dark and cold winter months, acknowledging the cyclical nature of our existence with mother earth. Be washed with a dance of aromas, healing sounds and physical touch to transcend your sense of reality. Be enveloped with sacred sounds, causing steady and powerful pulsations, entraining symmetry into our mind and heart to create space to exist within the present moment and all it may bring us.  

Participants are invited to sit in meditation or lying down and then guided on a deep and meditative inner journey.   

A 1.5 hour ceremonial group sound bath using healing scent, shamanic rituals and ancient healing tools such as; singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, harp and various other percussive instruments.  

Program:

• A cleansing meditation with aromatherapy
• Spring Intention Setting
• Sound bath - 1 hour
• Drink and social afterwards (Health Tonics, tea and beverages)

Sound baths are known to reduce anxiety and stress, clear energetic blockages, trauma and entrain the brainwaves into alpha and theta state – the state of meditation for healing the physiological as well as the psychological. People often experience sensations of lightness, subtle to strong movements in the body when energy is shifted, vibrations, insights, visions and memories during sound baths sessions. It is recommended that you wear light clothing, hydrate the body and remove any heavy metal objects from the body for the session.

Phan is a Sound healer, Usui Reiki practitioner, 200hr Yoga Teachers Training and intuitive empath with a professional background in art and design. Phan is responsible for the conception of Earth Echo (earth-echo.com) – a sound bath experience that combines immersive nature field recordings with ancient healing tools in a 360-3D sound dome with healing scent dispersion, designed to take audiences into new worlds by amplifying natures call and it’s elements in a highly personal and inner journey. Earth Echo launched at the Wonderfruit festival in Thailand in December 2019. She trained and works with Francisco Amoscotegui and Kat Bumbul - (Sound healers of the popular All night Psychedelic Sound baths in London) and completed the International Academy for Sound Healing course (IASH) with Dimitri Miteff in 2018.
