Give Festival Sound Alchemy - PRIVATE SESSIONS

Event program 

We are offering private sessions to groups on allocated time slots outside of the main event schedule.

Honour your sacred connection to one another in a ceremonial group sound and scent bath with intention setting, supplemented with Bristol Fungarium’s medicinal mushroom tinctures ‘Reishi’.

This one hour private session has been designed to allow you and your friends, partners, or families to connect in a special way through sacred sound and alchemical ceremony. The sound bath includes the use of ancient healing tools, such as gongs, singing bowls, voice and tuning forks. Sound combined with scent is an ancient Egyptian practice and it has been well documented by science that combining these two practices together has positive effects on our psychological and physiological well-being - that combined with medicinal mushroom tinctures makes for a more potent and healing experience for the mind and the senses.

Located in the Holistic area on the Give festival grounds.

Arrive 15 mins prior to event start time to provide ample time to settle into the space:

• 1 hour Sound Alchemy meditative experience 
• Supplemented with Medicinal mushroom tincture 'Reishi' (Just to be clear - these are not psychedelic mushrooms) 
• Eye masks are provided for the journey

Event facilitators

This alchemical sound bath is being held by Sound Healers Francisco Amoscotegui and Phan Tu, they have been working together since 2018 and are also co-creators of Earth Echo - An ecological sound harmony project that amplifies natures resonance in a 360 spatialised sound dome. Together, they create deep multi-sensorial immersive healing events.

Bristol Fungarium Medicinal Mushrooms Tinctures

To encourage us all to live with good physical and mental health during the energetic summer season, we will also be offering our guests Reishi mushroom tincture infused water tonics prior to the sound bath to enhance the longevity of your experience.

Tinctures are also available in 30ml bottles at £25 with a 16.5% discount on it's retail price of £30.

If you would like to reserve your discounted bottle prior to the event, please enter the discount code 'SOUNDFUNGARIUM' in the comments box when registering and state the tincture you would like to reserve. Card payments will be accepted after the event when you can pick up your reserved bottle.

Preparation for the event

• Please arrive 10-15 mins before the stated start time to allow time to settle into the space.
• Please wear comfortable loose clothing and please remove any heavy metal objects for the experience. It is advise to drink water for the event and also to be free of alcohol. 
• Yoga mats and blankets will be provided at the event space. Guests are welcome to bring their own if they wish and any other extra cushioning or blanket to make for a more pleasant experience
• If you are pregnant, it is general practice to avoid sound baths for those in the first trimester. Please do some of your own research online about sound baths if you are unsure.
